Meimei invites chef Putu Dodik of Nusantara by Locavore for a night of investigating local spices, techniques and ingredients alongside naturals and cocktails pouring.

Restaurant Nusantara is an ethno-culinary portrait of Indonesia. Representing more than just the food itself–also the local ingredients, cooking techniques, serving style and rituals that all make up the heritage and culinary culture.

Inspired by Southeast Asia and crafted through an Indonesian lens, Meimei is where seasonal produce meets charcoal grill, where vibrant spices and earthy aromas converge, and where each dish tells a story - a smoky, charred memory of the past, and a vivid expression of the present.

Together chefs Putu Dodik and Yudha Permana look to push the boundaries of what it means to respect and evolve Indonesian cuisine.
